(Nickname: Atelier Momosada)

The College aims to be open to the local community and to promote exchange with local residents. To this end, the three wings of the former national rice storehouses now being used as college facilities are left open to the general public. The wings serve as a venue for extension courses in such as weaving, glass crafts and computers for citizens. The atelier can also be used as a concert and exhibition hall and for various other purposes.
In April 2005, an exhibition room was inaugurated at the College Extension Center. Domestic and overseas first-class works in design and craft arts will be displayed along with excellent graduation and term-end works of students.
